On specific request and by compiling the appropriate forms, effective services and solutions, tailored to the different exhibitors' needs, are available for free: use of the external area to exhibit equipments, devices and machineries, possibility of deliver a speech within the official meetings (by presenting abstracts on technical topics and on the Scientific Committee approval), possibility of organizing technical meetings/conferences in equipped rooms (subject to availability) and B2B with foreign buyers, in partnership with Regione Emilia-Romagna, participation in the Gala Dinner (22nd September), registration in the catalogue, free parking passes and badges, availability of customisable invitation tickets, RemTech, Coast Esonda and Inertia newsletter subscription, downloadable online press review.

 

EXTRA SERVICES WITH FEE

 

On specific request, the exhibitors can benefit from the following additional services, both technical and general: goods handling (manpower provision, machinery rental with driver, porterage), audio visual equipment and other services illustrated at this link. Customized stands set-up, rooms for technical meetings/conferences, offices/workspaces rental, photographic service, plants and flowers, and catering are provided as well, with fee (to quantify depending on the typology).
